This role demands agility, strong analytical problem-solving capabilities utilizing SAP, and excellent communication skills to effectively manage outsource manufacturing suppliers and multiple functional stakeholders within the organization.\nTHE PERSON:\nStrong analytical skills. An individual contributor, initiative-taking, resourceful, a collaborator, and can work under constant pressure and able to prioritize time.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nEstablish and maintain working relationships with corporate multiple functional process stakeholders, engineers, and outsourced suppliers to effectively manage process, new implementation, enhancements, sustaining processes.\nManage inventory aand implement projects, sustaining enhancements.\nMaintain processes to standard, policies, and analyze measurements as part of the daily inventory transactions. \nMaintain daily and monthly KPI reporting. Generate and distribute various reports, analysis, and status in daily, weekly, monthly cadence.Physical counts.\nSystem inventory reconciliation.\nDaily data root cause analysis and debugging.\n\nContinuous improvement, solutioning strategy to maintain standard high inventory accuracy.\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:\n5-10 years’ experience in supply chain inventory control in semiconductor outsource manufacturers and foundries preferred.\nProficient and strong experience in semiconductor manufacturing inventory MES/ERP systems like SAP and INCA.\nStrong analytical skills.\nProven experience in management, collaboration of semiconductor outsourced manufacturing suppliers and foundries.\nExcellent in data root cause analysis.\nExcellent communication skills and ability to interact with employees at any level within the organization.\nWorking knowledge of BOM/PLM system in semiconductor manufacturing processes.\nWorking knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing policy compliance in cycle count, audit, and SOX, ISO compliance.\nProficient, good command of English both oral and written.\nACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:\nBachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administrations.\nLOCATION:\nHsinchu, Taiwan\n#LI-JW3\nBenefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.\nAMD does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
