As a key contributor you will be part of a leading team to drive and enhance AMD’s abilities to deliver the highest quality, industry-leadingtechnologies to market.\nTHE PERSON:\nThe ideal candidate should have a strong background in RTL design using Verilog/VHDL and strong exposure to timing closure concepts with foundations in timing analysis & digital design.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nThe candidate should have a solid understanding of\nRTL coding styles\n\nSTA and Timing Constraint Concepts\nPlace and route algoritms and applications.\n\nThe candidate will be responsible for creating complex designs, debugging P & R issues and will work to achieve timing closure.\n\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:\nScripting language such as TCL, Perl or Python\nEDA tools and flow\nFamiliarity with Linux and modern software tools and techniques for development\nGood analytical and problem-solvingskills\nACADEMIC CREDENTIALS:\nBS or MS in EE or CE with 2-3 years of experience in Digital Design and Static Timing Analysis\nBenefits offered are described: AMD benefits at a glance.\nAMD does not accept unsolicited resumes from headhunters, recruitment agencies, or fee-based recruitment services.
