As a Product Development Engineer, you will be expected to understand test patterns and test methodologies using available DFTs to drive quality and yield improvements. You will collaborate with various Product Development Groups to bring-up and ramp new products which include test program infrastructure development, test hardware design, silicon bring-up, debug, high volume data analysis, and characterization. Finally, you will correlate and release high quality test programs for production testing while meeting key performance indicators for quality, yield, and test time.\nTHE PERSON:\nWe are looking for someone with the will to overcome challenging problems and strong appetite for technical knowledge.
