This role owns requirements, integrations, implementation, data analysis and production support for global Pricing, Quoting and Quote-to-Cash platforms. It also helps bring AI-driven automation into enterprise workflows.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nTurn business needs into system-ready requirements, user stories, functional and technical specifications, process flows and data mappings.\nWork with architects on solution design, feasibility checks and closing system gaps.\nContribute to configuration decisions, data quality standards and non-functional requirements (performance, security, scalability, auditability)\nDefine and validate APIs, integrations, batch jobs and data flows across ERP, SaaS, cloud and custom applications. Use SQL to analyze and validate data.\nSupport Agile delivery, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, UAT and release readiness.\nAct as functional and technical system owner in production, leading incident triage, root-cause analysis and permanent fixes for 24x7 stability.\nIdentify, define and help deliver AI and GenAI use cases such as copilots, AI agents, intelligent quoting and pricing insights. Make sure these solutions follow responsible AI and data governance standards.\nPREFERRED EXPERIENCE:\nProven experience as a Systems Analyst, Business Systems Analyst or Techno-Functional Analyst.\nIn-Depth Knowledge/Experience of working in Sales & Marketing business processes and applications.\nStrong knowledge of Pricing & Quoting, CPQ and Quote-to-Cash processes.\nHands-on experience with ERP (SAP/Oracle), CRM/CPQ (e.g., Salesforce), and cloud-hosted applications.\nTechnical skills in SQL, REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML, middleware/iPaaS, SDLC and ITSM production support.\nPractical experience with GenAI and LLMs (e.g., Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot Studio), prompt engineering, RAG and agentic workflows, and intelligent automation (Power Automate/RPA).
