Through our culture of making a real impact, fostering growth, embracing flexibility, and building connections, we enable them to live meaningful lives while making a difference in the world.\nIn one sentence\nResponsible for designing, integrating, configuring, and supporting Amdocs Ensemble infrastructure and environments, ensuring reliable deployment, operation, and maintenance across the SDLC while collaborating with cross-functional infrastructure, development, and operations teams.\nWhat will your job look like?\nYou will:\nLead and support Ensemble infrastructure integration activities across different environments and stages of the SDLC.\nSet up, configure, maintain, and support Batch operational environments and Oracle Tuxedo environments.\nPerform operational activities including managing jobs, maps, and operational tables.\nInteract and collaborate with multiple infrastructure and IT teams as part of environment setup, integration, maintenance, and production support.\nSet up and configure IBM Maestro (Tivoli Workload Scheduler) and AMC environments.\nSupport Docker, Podman, and OCEOD setup, configuration, and integration activities.\nWork with CI/CD tools, including Perforce and Jenkins, to support deployment and integration processes.\nDevelop and maintain Shell scripts and automation solutions to improve operational efficiency and support deployment activities.\nPerform database-related activities using Oracle SQL, including working with database objects, queries, and operational data.\nPerform software system operations, including running maps and jobs, basic configuration and installation activities, and backups.\nWork on UNIX/Linux server platforms, supporting system integration, configuration, troubleshooting, and operational activities.\nIdentify and troubleshoot system and integration issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions.\nEnsure timely resolution of critical issues within agreed SLAs and provide effective production support.\nCollaborate with development, QA, architecture, operations, and customer teams to ensure smooth integration and delivery.\nParticipate in software design reviews, testing, validation, and production support activities throughout the SDLC.\nEnsure proper documentation of incidents, errors, configurations, and operational procedures.\nSupport the adoption of standard tools, processes, and Configuration Control (CC) practices across the team.\nAll you need is...\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.\nExperience as an Integration Engineer working with Infra\nProven experience with Ensemble infrastructure integration and environment setup.\nExperience with Batch operational environment setup.\nHands-on experience with Tuxedo environment setup.\nGood operational knowledge of jobs, maps, and operational tables.\nGood knowledge of Oracle SQL and Oracle database technologies.\nExperience with IBM Maestro (Tivoli Workload Scheduler) setup and configuration.\nExperience with AMC setup and configuration.\nKnowledge of Docker, Podman, and OCEOD setup and configuration.\nGood knowledge of CI/CD tools, particularly Perforce and Jenkins.\nProficiency in Shell Scripting and Automation.\nGood knowledge of UNIX/Linux server platforms.\nDeep understanding of middleware technologies, particularly Oracle Tuxedo, and Oracle database technologies.\nProven experience with Configuration Control (CC) tools.\nWhy you will love this job:\nBuild your skills and work on a broad scope of activities\nAs you will support excellent products, you will assemble relevant data, identifies trends and root causes, and draws logical conclusions to develop solutions\nWe will provide you a scope for professional development\nWe offer a wide range of stellar benefits including health, dental, vision, and life insurance as well as paid time off, sick time, and parental leave!\nAmdocs is an equal opportunity employer.
