This role serves as the primary point of contact between internal stakeholders, utility companies, field resources, contractors, and customers to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and in accordance with customer and regulatory requirements.\nWhat will your job look like?\nWill manage multiple projects simultaneously, monitor workflow and performance metrics, coordinate permitting and utility approvals, maintain project documentation, and ensure all deliverables are completed accurately and on time.\nAll you need is...\nLiaise with utility companies, municipalities, contractors, and customers\nCoordinate joint staking activities and utility scope reviews\nManage utility permits, locates, easements, and approval requirements\nIdentify project risks and escalate issues as required\nTrack project status and provide updates to management and customers\nFrequent travel within designated area\nEnsure compliance with company safety policies, customer requirements, and industry standards\nValid Class 5 Nova Scotia Drivers license\nMust have skills:\nStrong organizational and time management skills\nAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\nProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel\nExcellent verbal and written communication abilities\nNice to have skill:\nExperience coordinating utility, telecommunications, construction, or infrastructure projects\nTelecommunications outside plant (OSP) experience\nWhy you will love this job:\nYou will have a wide scope of activities\nYou will have excellent products and solutions\nYou will have scope for professional development\nAmdocs is an equal opportunity employer.
