Through our culture of making a real impact, fostering growth, embracing flexibility, and building connections, we enable them to live meaningful lives while making a difference in the world.\nIn one sentence\nAs a Finance Operations Professional, you will ensure the accurate and timely creation, processing, reconciliation, and payment of vendor records, vendor invoices, employee travel expenses, bank reconciliations, customer invoices, and intercompany billing (ICB) transactions.\nWhat will your job look like?\nYou will:\nTake ownership and drive accountability for all activities related to supplier, employee, and customer setup, as well as change and update requests, including taking action and following up on all supplier setup-related matters.\nPerform accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, employee expenses, and customer invoices.\nCalculate ICB charges in accordance with IC agreements and issue the resulting ICB invoices, while reviewing and validating audit invoices and expenses prior to payment runs. This is essential to ensuring compliance with all procedures and taking the necessary actions to prevent processing errors.\nEnsure that standard operating procedures and policy documents are followed to achieve compliance with established processes and adherence to the Amdocs Code of Ethics.\nEnsure that payment runs are scheduled according to the agreed calendar and facilitate payments to vendors and employees.\nWork with internal customers on unresolved or open cases and take the necessary actions to bring them to closure.\nSupport partners in understanding and completing process-related activities.\nSupport system UAT managers and provide feedback on required improvements.\nIssue customer invoices in accordance with defined deal achievements, ensuring compliance with local tax and other applicable regulations.\nAll you need is...\nBachelor of Commerce - Graduate Degree - Minimum\n1-4 years of Accounting experience\nExperience in Accounts Payable, Reconciliation, General Ledger, or Travel Reimbursement departments.\nExperience working with ERP systems (Oracle considered an advantage).\nStrong computer literacy. \nWhy you will love this job:\nDrive growth by constantly looking for opportunities to bring more value to new and existing customers.
