The Head of Technology is the senior technical leader of the organization, reporting directly to the Group Leader.\nThis role defines and owns the technology vision, architecture strategy, and engineering standards underpinning the organization's agentic platform, including orchestration, evaluation, observability, knowledge management, identity, governance, and security.
