Through our culture of making a real impact, fostering growth, embracing flexibility, and building connections, we enable them to live meaningful lives while making a difference in the world.\nIn one sentence\nThe internal auditor is responsible for conducting reviews of assigned organizational and functional activities.\nWhat will your job look like?\nWill be primarily responsible for SOX testing in India but will also be assigned on Global Internal Audit projects as per project needs and skill sets and should be comfortable to work with Audit Directors across the globe.\nThe position reports to the Internal Audit Director in India who leads the Internal Audit division for India.\nThe position is eligible for International Travel based on project needs and skills sets \nYou will conduct reviews of business process controls, ITGC controls, applications controls, and key reports testing\nAll you need is...\nShould be a CA /CPA with 2-5 years of post-qualification experience in SOX Testing.\nExperience of Internal Audits in IT companies would be an added advantage\nAbility to conduct independent fieldwork as per SOX cycle and align with process owners on findings and recommendations.\nMindset to proactively seek relevant education and training opportunities.\nSound knowledge of regulatory compliance in India and exposure to various laws such as Labor Law, Taxations etc.\nExcellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to interact with people across the globe.\nProficiency in MS Excel and Data Analysis is a must.
