Through our culture of making a real impact, fostering growth, embracing flexibility, and building connections, we enable them to live meaningful lives while making a difference in the world.\nIn one sentence\nLead the legal aspects of global M&A and Corporate Development transactions, from due diligence and deal structuring through signing, closing and post-merger integration.\nWhat will your job look like?\nAct as the legal lead for acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs and other strategic transactions.\nLead legal due diligence, identify key risks and translate findings into deal protections.\nAdvise on deal structure and partner with Corporate Development, Finance, Tax, HR and other stakeholders.\nDraft, review and negotiate key transaction documents, including NDAs, LOIs, SPAs/APAs and TSAs.\nManage legal aspects of signing, closing and post-merger integration.\nSupport complex cross-border transactions and improve M&A playbooks and AI-enabled legal processes.\nAll you need is...\nQualified lawyer with strong hands-on M&A / Corporate Development experience, ideally from a leading law firm and/or multinational company.\nProven experience leading M&A due diligence and negotiating transaction agreements.\nExperience with complex, cross-border transactions and managing external counsel.\nStrong commercial judgment, drafting and negotiation skills.\nAbility to independently manage multiple fast-moving workstreams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.\nTechnology, software or telecom experience is an advantage.\nWhy you will love this job:\nTake a key role in strategic global transactions with end-to-end ownership of the legal M&A workstream.\nWork closely with senior business stakeholders across multiple functions.\nCombine complex deal-making with the opportunity to shape and improve M&A legal processes.\nAmdocs is an equal opportunity employer.
