The role owns delivery execution, customer commitments, budget, and governance across Helix implementations, upgrades, customizations, integrations, and post-delivery stabilization, ensuring alignment with product capabilities, contractual obligations, and customer business outcomes.\nAll you need is...\nHelix / SAS Delivery Ownership & Cross-Functional Orchestration\nOwn the full delivery lifecycle of Helix / SAS engagements, including:\nSolution onboarding and transition from pre-sales\nDesign, implementation, customization, and integration\nSystem validation, UAT support, and customer acceptance\nPost-go-live stabilization and escalation ownership\n\nAct as the single delivery POC for customers and internal stakeholders for all Helix / SAS delivery matters\n\nCoordinate cross-functional delivery teams, including:\nHelix implementation engineers\nTelecom domain experts (FM / PM / Analytics)\nIntegration, DevOps, QA, and Support teams\nHelix R&D and Product Management\n\nDrive execution discipline across distributed and global teams\n\nContract, Scope & Commitment Management\nOwn contractual scope, assumptions, dependencies, and obligations related to Helix / SAS delivery\nManage scope changes through formal change control, ensuring protection of Amdocs IP, margins, and delivery timelines\nEnsure delivery commitments are met or exceeded across functional, performance, and availability requirements\nGovernance, Budget & Quality\nAccountable for delivery governance, including weekly/monthly status, risks, issues, and steering committee forums\nOwn delivery budget, cost control, and forecast accuracy for assigned accounts\nEnsure delivery adheres to Amdocs quality standards, Helix best practices, and acceptance criteria\nCustomer Engagement & Escalations\nLead customer-facing technical and program activities, including:\nDesign and solution workshops\nSteering and executive meetings\nProgress reviews, demonstrations, and milestone validations\n\nAct as the escalation owner for delivery and production issues, including leading recovery and crash plans in collaboration with Support and R&D\n\nPre-Sales & Business Growth Support\nSupport pre-sales and RFP activities for Helix / SAS solutions, including:\nHigh-level solution architecture and deployment models\nCosting, effort estimation, and delivery assumptions\n\nIdentify up-sell and expansion opportunities (modules, analytics, automation, upgrades) and support business owners in converting them into revenue\n\nEssential Skills & Experience:\n7-12 years of experience in Service Delivery / Technical Project Delivery roles\n\nProven experience in:\nStrong understanding of Telecom domains and experience working with international and distributed delivery teams\nDelivery of OSS / Service Assurance platforms in telecom environments\nContract and scope management for complex customer engagements\nActing as customer POC for delivery commitments and escalations\nDefining solution architectures and delivery task breakdowns\nManaging customer-facing workshops, steering forums, and executive communications\nWorking closely with R&D, Product, and Support to deliver customized and non-standard solutions\n\nStrong ownership mindset, able to work independently and lead cross-functional teams\n\nExcellent verbal and written English communication skills\n\nPreferred / Advantage Skills\nHands-on experience with Service Assurance, including:\nFault Management (FM)\nPerformance Management (PM)\nAnalytics / ML-based use cases\n\nExperience with OSS tools such as Netcool, InfoVista, Spectrum, NMC, Cacti, or similar platforms\n\nStrong understanding of Telecom domains (RAN, Core, Transmission, IP, Enterprise)\n\nExperience working with international and distributed delivery teams\n\nAbility to translate customer business needs into value-driven Helix solutions\n\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electronics, or equivalent)\nAmdocs is an equal opportunity employer.
