MBA preferred.\nAt least 8 years of strategic sourcing and procurement experience in indirect or corporate services categories within a global organization.\nProven track record of leading complex negotiations and delivering measurable savings on high value deals and renewals.\nStrong experience in running RFPs or tenders and evaluating technical and commercial proposals.\nSolid understanding of contract terms, commercial risk and end to end contract lifecycle management.\nExperience working with global stakeholders and suppliers across multiple regions and time zones.\nExcellent verbal and written English, with strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a fast paced environment.\nNice to have\nHands-on experience in Professional Services, HR and Benefits, Learning and Development, Marketing or SaaS.\nCIPS or an equivalent procurement certification.\nExperience with procurement systems such as SAP Ariba, Coupa or similar, and strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.\nExposure to Gen AI for procurement automation, including prompt engineering.\nWhat will your job look like?\nEnd to end sourcing: Lead the full sourcing lifecycle for global corporate services, from requirement gathering, supplier prequalification and RFx or tender management through negotiation, award and contract closure, to achieve the best total cost of ownership across cost, service, quality and risk.\nCategory support: Manage sourcing activities for Professional Services, HR and Benefits, Learning and Development, IT and SaaS, and Marketing on a global basis, executing the global category strategy in alignment with category leads and procurement leadership.\nCommercial negotiations: Drive high impact negotiations for new deals and renewals, benchmarking proposals against the market and competing bids to deliver significant cost savings, improved commercial terms and value additions.\nRenewal and contract management: Manage the renewal pipeline proactively, challenge price increases, secure multiyear terms where beneficial and ensure continuity of critical services.\nContracting and risk: Manage procurement agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs and order forms, in partnership with Legal, Finance and Compliance, covering commercial clauses, payment terms, bank guarantees, supplier risk and due diligence.\nStakeholder partnership: Act as a trusted business partner to HR, Finance, Legal, IT and business leaders globally, translating their needs into sourcing plans and influencing senior stakeholders with a business enabler mindset.\nLeadership governance: Prepare and present deal review decks and sourcing recommendations, including CBA, procurement leadership and senior management for approval.\nP2P management: Oversee the purchase to pay process for the categories managed, working with procurement services and accounts teams to ensure timely PR and PO issuance, vendor onboarding and payments in line with contractual commitments.\nSupplier relationship management: Conduct periodic business reviews with key suppliers to track performance, manage risks, resolve escalations, and identify improvement opportunities.\nMarket intelligence: Maintain strong knowledge of supply markets, pricing trends and supplier innovations to identify new cost reduction and value creation opportunities.\nReporting: Track and report savings, spend, pipeline and procurement of KPIs to management on a regular basis.\nProcess improvement: Drive efficiency in procurement workflows, including the use of Gen AI tools and templates to automate routine sourcing and negotiation tasks.\nWhy you will love this job:\nYou will work in a highly diverse, multicultural and fast growing global organization.\nYou will manage high visibility deals and work closely with senior leadership.\nYou will be part of an experienced procurement team with strong learning opportunities.\nYou will support a market leading software and services company for the communications and media industry.\nWho are we?\nAmdocs helps the world’s leading communications and media companies deliver exceptional customer experiences through reliable, efficient, and secure operations at scale.
