The coordinator will manage the creation and assignment of projects whilst ensuring all financial information is capture and updated as part of their various activities. All activities are tracked against service level agreements including quality of work.\nWhat will your job look like?\nCarry out the validation and creation of telecommunications Projects into the system accurately \nReview and validate the telecommunications inventory based on technical drawings/designs\nManage the creation, submission and signed return of telecommunications licences\nManage the amendment and/or changes required to the inventory\nEngage with internal and external stakeholders on any tickets or licence queries\nComplete the customer rent reviews and licence renewals on the relevant telecommunication sites\nManage all requests and activities within the required SLAs including quality level\nResponsible for ensuring that key financial data is accurately recorded in the company’s financial system\nAdhere to the internal rules and regulations, policies, procedures, and current workflow within the organization/business unit/team\nSupport the Licensing Manager, providing ad hoc support within the scope of the role, within the limits of own professional competence (e.g., reports, analyses, specific projects, etc.)\nProvide guidance and support to colleagues and foster a positive and productive work environment\nHave a continuous improvement mindset - review/evaluate current processes and look to implement updates in good time\nAll you need is...\nMinimum 2 to 5 years of relevant telecommunications or appropriate experience\nPrevious Project Management/Coordinator experience\nAttention to detail\nAdvanced knowledge of Microsoft products (Excel, Work, PowerPoint)\nWorking knowledge of ERP systems / SAP is beneficial\nKnowledge/experience and understanding of Telecommunication Infrastructure services are advantageous but not essential\nGood communicator with customer relationship focus\nExcellent English communication skills (written and verbal)\nCommercial awareness is crucial, need to be able to understand and comprehend complex commercial and financial arrangements\nProject Coordinator experience and background is beneficial\nAble to support UK Business hours (9am to 5pm), Malaysia hours (4pm to 1am)\nHybrid role based role (Kuala Lumpur), 3 days in office, 2 days WFH\nWhy you will love this job:\nYou will have a wide scope of activities\nYou will have excellent products and solutions\nYou will have scope for professional development\nAmdocs is an equal opportunity employer.
