You will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, implementation, and support of Salesforce solutions while guiding a team of developers and administrators through successful project delivery. The role combines hands-on Salesforce technical expertise with team leadership, solution design, stakeholder coordination, and delivery ownership.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\nSolution Architecture & Design :\n\n- Understand business and functional requirements and translate them into Salesforce solution designs.\n\n- Design scalable and maintainable solutions using Salesforce configuration and custom development.\n\n- Make appropriate decisions between declarative configuration and programmatic development.\n\n- Develop and oversee solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, SOQL, and other platform capabilities.\n\n- Design Salesforce data models, automation, security models, and application components.\n\n- Ensure solutions follow Salesforce recommended architecture and development best practices.\n\nTechnical Leadership :\n\n- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce Developers, Administrators, and other technical resources.\n\n- Allocate development activities based on project priorities and team capabilities.\n\n- Provide technical direction and guidance throughout the development lifecycle.\n\n- Conduct design reviews, code reviews, and technical walkthroughs.\n\n- Support team members in resolving complex Salesforce development and configuration issues.\n\n- Establish coding standards, development practices, reusable components, and technical documentation standards.\n\n- Mentor junior and mid-level team members and support their technical development.\n\n- Encourage knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the Salesforce team.\n\nSalesforce Development & Platform Governance :\n\n- Ensure adherence to Salesforce governor limits, security standards, and platform best practices.\n\n- Review Apex code, Lightning Web Components, Flows, validation rules, triggers, and automation for quality and maintainability.\n\n- Promote reusable and configurable solutions to reduce unnecessary customization.\n\n- Monitor technical debt and recommend improvements to existing Salesforce implementations.\n\nRelease, DevOps & Production Support :\n\n- Support Salesforce release management and deployment activities across development, testing, staging, and production environments.\n\n- Work with source control and CI/CD tools for version management and automated deployments.\n\n- Review deployment packages and ensure appropriate testing is completed before production releases.\n\n- Support production incidents and coordinate root-cause analysis for critical issues.\n\nRequired Skills & Experience :\n\n- 5 to 7 years of hands-on Salesforce implementation and development experience.\n\n- Strong experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce Flow, Triggers, and Salesforce configuration.\n\n- Strong understanding of Salesforce object models, relationships, security, automation, and sharing architecture.\n\n- Experience designing solutions across Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud/CPQ/Revenue Cloud/Pardot/Marketing Cloud/Spiff.\n\n- Strong understanding of Salesforce governor limits and platform constraints.\n\n- Experience with REST and SOAP APIs and Salesforce integration patterns.\n\n- Good understanding of asynchronous Apex, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Apex, and platform events.\n\n- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.\n\n- Experience conducting code reviews and enforcing development standards.\n\n- Ability to convert business requirements into detailed technical solutions.\n\n- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.\n\n- Exposure to Salesforce DevOps tools such as Salesforce CLI, Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.\n\n- Prior experience leading or mentoring Salesforce developers and technical team members.\n\n- Ability to manage technical tasks, priorities, and delivery commitments across a development team.\n\n- Good understanding of AI tools and technologies, with the ability to leverage them to improve efficiency, productivity, and solution delivery across various phases of the project lifecycle.\n\nPreferred Qualifications :\n\n- Salesforce Platform Developer I / Salesforce Platform Developer II.\n\n- Salesforce Administrator/Salesforce Platform App Builder.\n\n- Experience working in Agile environments.\n\n- Exposure
