5年以上医疗器械、生物医药设备或相关领域的产品规划经验，熟悉细胞制备相关设备者优先;\n3.具备产品全生命周期管理经验，能够独立完成市场调研、需求分析、产品定义;\n4.熟悉医疗器械或生物医药设备的研发流程及法规要求（如FDA、CE认证等）者优先;\n5. 出色的计划、组织、协调和沟通能力;\n6. 较强的市场敏锐度和用户需求洞察力，能够将市场需求转化为产品定义;\n7.
