设备服务与现场运营管理\n统筹客户端设备安装、调试、维保、点检、故障抢修、备件管理、稼动率保障等全流程服务。\n制定并落地设备运维SOP、巡检制度、应急响应流程、24小时值班机制，确保设备高UPH、高稼动率。\n监控设备运行状态、异常停机、故障率、维修时效，推动持续改善，降低非计划停机时间。\n合理安排人力排班、加班、轮班，满足客户7×24小时设备保障要求。\n2. 客户对接与关系维护（核心）\n作为公司在客户端的驻厂负责人，对接客户方：厂务、设备部、工艺部、品质部、生产部、客户高层。\n定期向客户汇报：设备状态、稼动率、故障分析、改善计划、服务质量、备件使用情况。\n处理客户投诉、现场突发问题、工艺配合、临时加急需求，做到快速响应、闭环解决。\n深度维护客户关系，挖掘续约、增项、新增设备服务、年度框架合同等业务机会。\n3. 质量管理与半导体合规要求\n建立现场服务质量管控，确保维修、保养、备件更换标准化、可追溯、可记录。\n主导设备异常、品质关联问题分析，配合客户做8D、根本原因分析、纠正预防措施。\n确保公司符合客户厂规、内审、外审、客户稽核要求。\n4. 团队管理\n负责驻厂设备工艺团队的招聘、定岗、培训、考核、激励、梯队建设。\n提升团队设备专业能力、安全意识、服务意识、客户意识。\n管控人员流失率，保证现场人员稳定，避免因人员波动影响设备服务。\n5. 备件与成本管理\n统筹客户端备件库存、领用、更换、报废、盘点，做到账物一致、成本可控。\n合理控制备件成本、人力成本、出差成本，在保障服务质量前提下提升项目毛利。\n与公司总部供应链、商务、技术部门协同，保障备件及时供应。\n6. 安全与风险管控\n严格落实高压、气体、化学品、机电、高空作业等安全规范，杜绝安全事故。\n识别设备运维、现场操作、人员作业中的风险，制定预防与应急方案。\n配合客户安全巡检、EHS audit，确保零重大安全事故、零违规处罚。\n任职要求\n1. 学历与专业\n本科及以上，机械、电气、自动化、电子、半导体、微电子等相关专业。\n2. 行业经验（硬性）\n10年以上半导体行业设备相关工作经验\n3年以上乙方驻厂管理/项目管理经验\n熟悉CVD设备运维、现场管理优先\n3. 设备知识要求\n熟悉半导体CVD设备，了解设备结构、电气控制、气动、真空、管路、PM流程、故障排查逻辑\n4. 能力要求\n极强的客户沟通、商务对接、冲突处理、抗压能力\n优秀的团队管理、现场统筹、多任务并行处理能力\n懂基本质量管理、EHS、洁净室管理、ESD规范\n能看懂基本图纸、电路、设备手册，能与工程师技术同频\n5. 其他\n能长期稳定驻厂，适应半导体工厂倒班、加班、24小时待命节奏\n熟练使用Office，能独立制作周报、月报、PPT汇报\n责任心强、结果导向、原则性强，能平衡公司利益 &
