Own and manage product lifecycle of specific FPD Etch products, from C&F to development,\nproduct release, and obsolescence. Help Line Manager organize formal product release meetings to compile data and requisite\ndocuments for Alpha Exit and Beta Exit.\n4. Collect, summarize, analyze, update and track the requirements from the market and users.\n5. Help create and direct reviews of order configurations (SSCs) for both System and Non-System orders.\n6. Manage release and shipment of CIP items to install base.\n7. SSL (Safety stock List) management.\n8. Support cost reduction project to improve Gross Margin by working together with engineer\nteams and GMO.\n9. R&D quality management system setup, update and implementation, coordinate for ISO audit.\n10. Coordinate for R&D team operation, knowledge sharing, training etc..\nKey requirement:\n1. Bachelor and above with engineering or technical related.\n2. >8 years Flat Panel Display related industry (FPD/Semi/LED/Solar) experience is\npreferred.\n3. Experience in project management, PMP certification is preferred.\n4. Open minded, self-motivated and logic thinking.\n5. Highly organized with can-do attitude.\n6. Good English skills in both writing and oral. Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel.\n7.
