Execute the other tasks assigned by leader.\nKey Requirements:\n1. Bachelor degree or above, major in semiconductor, materials, physics, chemistry, etc.;\n2. At least 5 years work experience in display PECVD, OLED BP PECVD process experience is preferred;\n3. Capable of independently designing experimental plans and conducting process tuning of PECVD equipment;\n4. Possessing the capability to conduct DOE experimental analysis and using software such as JMP or Minitab;\n5.
