围绕前道晶圆制造客户的工艺控制需求开展客户经营，推动先进制程与先进封装场景的量检测方案商业化落地。\n岗位职责\n 推广公司量检测产品及软件系统，完成销售业绩目标，对签单与回款负责;\n 负责目标客户（IDM、晶圆代工、封测、存储厂商）的调研、拓展与多层级关系维护;\n 跟踪客户扩产、新建产线与设备采购计划，提前锁定商机，挖掘增量与复购;\n 围绕缺陷检测、关键尺寸与薄膜量测等工艺控制场景开展技术型销售，组织技术交流、样片验证与方案落地;\n 主导招投标、商务谈判与合同签订，保障交付验收与回款节奏;\n 收集行业、市场及友商动态并反馈至相关产品负责人;\n 协同应用工程、产品与研发团队，推动产品路线图与客户需求对齐;\n 完成上级领导安排的其他工作任务。\n基本要求\n 统招本科及以上学历，良好的英文沟通能力;\n 5-10 年半导体行业销售经验，其中 5 年以上半导体设备销售经验，熟悉行业渠道与市场行情;\n 具备半导体行业客户基础，熟悉前道晶圆制造客户生态;\n 沟通协调能力良好;
