The position is based out of our Harrison, OH facility.\nJob Description Summary\nTheProject Support Specialist works directly with customers, Operations, Purchasing, and Account Managers to ensure customer centric and profitable repeat business for AMECO. Will serve as a liaison between the Customer and Departments within AMECO to ensure the customer’s needs are being met as contractually agreed upon while still maintaining healthy margins. This position will always be looking for process improvements and value adds.\nPrincipal Job Duties & Responsibilities\nHigh-level oversite of Site Solutions in all stages of the project cycle (Start up, peak, shut down).\nMonitor consumable and rental inventory levels to minimize exposure for the customer as well as Ameco.\nKeeping the customer informed on their proximity to any thresholds that could be seen as a negative at the end of the job.\nProducing accurate and timely reporting of program status throughout the life cycle.\nAssess program strengths and identify areas for improvement and increased profitability inside our operation.\nFacilitate customer feedback to assess our strengths and identify areas for improvements in our operation.\nCollaborate and grow relationships with Operations to facilitate improvements.\nManaging and utilizing resources across projects to lower overall cost and increase revenue.\nMeeting with account managers and project managers to make communication easy and transparent regarding project issues.\nFacilitate the quoting phase of new Site Solutions opportunities.\nReview and develop accurate on-site job tool, rental, and consumable lists with the customer.\nWork directly with the customer and Account Manager on pricing, inventory, and reporting needs for the job.\nManage the program documentation such as the tool and consumable lists, budget tracking for rentals, lien wavers, and reporting methods including delivery of those reports.\nOversee and facilitate invoicing in the manner contractually agreed upon.\nAdhere to and support AMECO’s Health, Safety and Environmental and Sustainability Policies\nEffectively Develop and apply core skills to the job.\nMay need to travel to attend to business-related matters.\nAnalyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity.\nMeet expectations on attendance and punctuality.\nOther duties as assigned.\nTypical Minimum Qualifications - Related Education, Experience & Skills\nAccredited two (2) year technical or business degree in applicable field of study and eight (8) years of work-related experience or a combination of education and directly related experience equal to ten (10) years if non-degreed; some locations may have additional or different qualifications to comply with local requirements.\nAbility to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.\nStrong proficiency of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (intermediate skill level) for data analysis, report generation and formulating sales quotes, materials and presentations.\nStrong Multitasking, and Problem-Solving skills in a fast-paced environment is a must.\nAbility to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner.\nKnowledgeable in SAP is a plus.\nIndustrial/Construction tooling knowledge is a plus\nPurchasing/Sourcing experience is a plus\nWhat We Provide\nWe invest in our associates through career development, continued training, advancement opportunities, job stability and a competitive compensation and benefit package including:\nEmployee Development\nMedical: PPO, HSA, or FSA\nDental\nVision\n8 Paid Holidays\nPTO\n401K Plan\nCompany Paid Life\nCompany Paid STD & LTD\nEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)\nSupplemental Policies; Accident, AD&D, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Life\nWho are we: AMECO is a full-service, global supplier of vehicles, construction equipment, tools, support services, and asset management solutions across multiple industries and government agencies.
