The role will focus on maintaining secure systems, supporting employees with technical issues, and ensuring all IT processes are properly documented.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nEnsure ongoing compliance with SOC 2 Type I and Type II security requirements.\nManage employee laptops and devices through MDM tools such as JumpCloud.\nImplement and manage Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).\nManage employee accounts, software tools, access permissions, and licenses.\nHandle employee onboarding and offboarding from an IT and security perspective.\nProvide technical support and troubleshoot IT-related issues for employees.\nMonitor access controls and ensure company systems follow security best practices.\nConduct security awareness and training sessions for employees.\nMaintain IT security policies, procedures, audit records, and documentation.\nCoordinate with internal teams and auditors for security audits and compliance requirements.\nIdentify potential security risks and recommend improvements to strengthen IT infrastructure.\n\nKey Requirements:\nExperience in IT Security, Information Security, or IT Administration.\nKnowledge of SOC 2 Type I and Type II compliance.\nHands-on experience with MDM tools such as JumpCloud.\nUnderstanding of RBAC, SSO, MFA, and access management.\nExperience managing employee devices, accounts, and SaaS applications.\nGood troubleshooting and technical support skills.\nStrong documentation and communication skills.\nKnowledge of security policies, IT controls, and
