It focuses on architecting the CRM data model, designing automation, including AI-powered workflows that remove manual work and keep data accurate, and partnering with Sales, Customer Success, and Data to make sure the funnel runs efficiently end-to-end.\nYour mission\nCRM Architecture & Governance\n\nOwn CRM architecture and governance in HubSpot: lifecycle stages, custom objects, permissions, validation rules and system scalability.\n\nManage API integrations that connect HubSpot to the rest of the GTM stack, ensuring clean, reliable data flow.\n\nMaintain data hygiene and accuracy across all four markets, so the CRM stays a single source of truth.\n\nSet and enforce data standards, naming conventions and access controls as the system scales.\n\nAutomation & Workflow Design\n\nDesign and implement automation, including AI-powered workflows, to eliminate repetitive tasks and improve funnel efficiency.\n\nBuild and maintain lead-scoring and routing logic so SDRs and AEs always work the highest-probability prospects first.\n\nContinuously monitor and debug automations and workflows so revenue-critical processes remain reliable at scale.\n\nEvaluate and implement new automation tools and integrations as needs evolve.\n\nProcess Optimization & Cross-Functional Enablement\n\nOptimize end-to-end GTM workflows, including onboarding, Sales and Customer Success handoffs.\n\nPartner with Sales, Customer Success and Data teams to identify friction, bottlenecks and inefficiencies in the funnel, and design automated fixes.\n\nDocument playbooks (CRM Playbook, GTM automation playbooks) and drive adoption across teams.\n\nBuild lightweight dashboards and reporting on CRM data quality and automation performance to help stakeholders trust and use the system.\n\nSegment & Routing Optimization\n\nRefine lead-scoring and routing logic in partnership with Sales, Customer Success and Data teams so segment-level differences translate into smarter automation.\n\nSupport segmentation and mix analysis by ensuring the underlying CRM data and automations are accurate and well-structured.\n\nAbout you\n3+ years of experience in CRM Administration, RevOps/Sales Ops, or Marketing Ops in SaaS, high-growth tech, marketplaces, or other revenue-driven environments.\n\nHubSpot expert: deep, hands-on experience architecting workflows, custom objects, automations and API integrations.\n\nAPI literacy: you understand how systems connect, can read API docs and design integration flows.\n\nComfortable working with automation platforms (HubSpot workflows, Zapier, Make, Workato or similar) and basic scripting (Python or similar) to solve edge cases.\n\nSQL proficiency for reporting and troubleshooting data issues.\n\nWorking understanding of subscription revenue metrics (MRR, CAC, LTV, NRR) sufficient to design metrics-aware automation and lead scoring.\n\nExperience operating across multiple geographies or segments with different maturity levels.\n\nFluency in English and at least one of: French, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese.\n\nStrong plus\n\nHubSpot certifications (e.g., RevOps, Marketing/Sales Software).\n\nExperience with data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, Metabase).\n\nFamiliarity with conversational intelligence platforms and AI-powered sales tools.\n\nBackground in high-volume SaaS, hospitality tech, or marketplaces.\n\nExperience integrating Customer Success operations alongside Sales operations.\n\nGit/GitHub familiarity for version-controlling automation scripts.\n\nOur offer\nStock options with a progressive vesting schedule\n\nComprehensive health insurance\n\n25 days of holidays from day one, rising to 28 after your first year and 30 after two years\n\n€10 a day for lunch through our virtual canteen, Kombo, every day you work from the office\n\nOn-demand salary access -
