Your position is vital to ensuring the effective implementation of AI technologies in a high-security and mission-critical environment.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and implement AI-powered applications tailored for facilities operation and maintenance preventive maintenance programs.\n\nAnalyze existing workflows and processes to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements, focusing particularly on predictive maintenance solutions.\n\nBuild, train, and deploy machine learning models that enable predictive maintenance by analyzing equipment data, detecting anomalies, and forecasting potential failures.\n\nCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, facilities managers, and IT professionals to align AI solutions with business objectives and operational needs.\n\nGenerate actionable insights using data modeling, predictive analytics, and advanced statistical techniques.\n\nEnsure compliance with all cybersecurity protocols, privacy regulations, and security clearance requirements in both the development and deployment of AI solutions.\n\nPerform regular testing and validation of AI models to ensure their accuracy, reliability, and applicability to the PM program.\n\nLead on-site working sessions to provide expert guidance, training, and technical support to stakeholders and team members during implementation.\n\nStay updated on emerging AI technologies and trends, specifically in predictive maintenance and facilities operations, and recommend their application to enhance project outcomes.\n\nProvide detailed technical documentation, presentations, and reports on AI system design, development, and performance.\n\nRequired Qualifications\nSecurity Clearance: Active United States Government Top Secret Security Clearance\n\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field\n\nExperience:\n5+ years of software/AI delivery\n\n2+ years of applied AI/ML or LLM systems.\n\nProven expertise in building and deploying predictive maintenance AI solutions or analytics systems.\n\nDemonstrated ability to work on-site in secure environments.\n\nTechnical Skills:\nProficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, with a strong focus on AI and machine learning libraries.\n\nStrong knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model development techniques.\n\nExperience with AI algorithms and predictive analytics.\n\nKnowledge of IoT or sensor data integration for facility equipment monitoring is a strong plus.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for AI solution deployment.\n\nExperience working in high-security environments is highly desirable.\n\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\n\nAbility to work autonomously, as well as in a team-oriented environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nFamiliarity with facilities operations and maintenance workflows.\n\nExperience with IBM Maximo integration.\n\nExperience with secure air-gapped/local model deployment.\n\nExperience with human-in-the-loop workflow, audit logging, and approval controls.\n\nExperience with enterprise asset management (EAM) or computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).\n\nAdvanced statistics or optimization modeling experience to support cost-effective preventive maintenance practices.\n\nScrum or Agile certifications.\n\nWork Environment\nAvailability to work on-site 3-5 days per week, based on project requirements, in a secure, classified setting.\n\nCollaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and IT.\n\nCompensation Details:\n$170,000-$210,000 USD Annually\nThe compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
