Align priorities in data processing queue.\nAssist with completing request in the queue.\nConsults with attorneys and support staff on best practices for conforming to ESI specifications\nResponsible for ensuring that incoming productions are made pursuant to the applicable ESI specifications and outgoing productions are compliant with applicable stipulations\nAdvises attorneys, paralegals, and case managers on all phases of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM); especially: Data Collection, Processing, Hosting, Review, Analytics, and Production.\nManage team of eDiscovery professionals situated in a client-site eDiscovery laboratory\nAdvises attorneys, paralegals, and case managers on all phases of the electronic discovery\nEnsures successful completion of work, timeliness of deliverables, and quality control\nCollaborate with teams to create search strategies\nManage work order queue\nParticipates in Rule 26(f) conferences\nRequired Qualifications:\nMust be able to obtain and maintain MRPT facility credentials/authorization. Note: US Citizenship is required for MRPT facility credentials/authorization at this work location.\nAt least eight years of experience performing eDiscovery roles including but not limited to electronic files processing (EFP), image and data file conversion, data culling using review tools, quality assurance, database loads and retrieval, and data analysis and review.\nAt least five years of experience at the management/supervisory level\nThorough knowledge of the litigation discovery process, and the EDRM workflow\nWorking knowledge and certifications of document review software such as iConect, Relativity, Venio or similar tools\nUndergraduate degree required, preferably in computer science or related field\nExtensive Relativity experience.\nExtensive data processing experience.\nRequires broad knowledge of the Government's IT environments, including office automation networks, and PC and server based databases and applications.\nExperience with litigation support tools such as LAW, IPRO, Concordance, MS Office Suite, and LiveNote highly valued.\nExcellent oral and written communication skills.\nPreferred skills:\nAbility to lead a technical team, and to give it direction, will be very important\nAbility to analyze attorneys' needs, and to design and implement a whole system solution responsive to those needs will be very important.\nCompensation Details:\n$120,000.00 - $132,000.00The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
