The Store Attendant will perform the resale of merchandise in a retail environment,\nJob Requirements:\nMove merchandise by use of non-motorized equipment that is intended for display and resale purposes\n\nCleaning of merchandise on or in display fixtures\n\nUtilizing various merchandise techniques common to retail trade\n\nMerchandise may be displayed by a predetermined placement system using labels or other identifying marks.\n\nMaintain the display sales area by straightening merchandise to give a neat, full, and salable appearance\n\nRemove damaged or outdated merchandise\n\nDisplay merchandise in such a manner to maintain freshness and sale dates\n\nMay determine display or sale requirements from existing inventory\n\nMay be required to keep inventory forms of merchandise stocked and merchandise returned to storage\n\nMay be required to affix labels to merchandise indicating sale price, item description, or other information\n\nMay be required to offer customer or patron assistance with the location or selection of merchandise.\n\nMinimum Requirements:\nMust possess a active government issued clearance at time of application or be a base resident\n\nMust be a US citizen\n\nHigh school Diploma or GED\n\nPrevious retail and/or sales experience a major plus\n\nComputer literate and comfortable using POS systems\n\nThrives working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team\n\nAble to work long hours on one’s feet, stand for an entire shift\n\nAvailable to work evenings\n\nMust be a fast learner and able to think quickly on one’s feet\n\nExcellent customer service and strong interpersonal skills\n\nAble to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently\n\nSelf-motivated and self-directed\n\nWorks well as part of a team and on individual tasks\n\nAble to work early mornings, nights, and weekends\n\nAble to bend, move, and lift up to 25 pounds or more\n\nWorks well as part of a team and on individual tasks\n\nCompensation Details:\n18.92The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
