be friendly, respectful, empathetic, and professional to teammates and clients. \nValue and respect employee authenticity and demonstrate cultural awareness to create a memorable experience and a respectful workplace. \nBalance workload and multiple tasks while focusing on attention to detail and prioritizing assignments. \nTake initiative to resolve issues that arise and solve problems independently; shift priorities as needed or requested by management and remain flexible. \nMinimum Requirements\nHigh school diploma or demonstrated equivalent. \nFive years of experience as an industrial HVAC or industrial mechanical maintenance technician, or equivalent combination of education and experience. \nCity of St. Louis Stationary Engineer license, Class I. \nDemonstrated ability to work independently while maintaining attention to detail, good comprehensive and analytical skills, and the ability to multi-task. \nAbility to obtain a security access badge at our client’s location. \nMust be willing to work overtime, holidays, various shifts, weekends, and alternative work schedules. \nMust be a United States citizen or Permanent resident. \nThis position does not include sponsorship for United States work authorization. \nSome physical/special requirements include:\nRegularly lift to 50 lbs \nRegularly climb ladders, steps, and scaffolding\nRepetitive motions: bend, stoop, squat, kneel, stretch, reach, wrist movement. \nWalk extensively throughout the plant during shift \nWork at an accelerated pace in emergency conditions \nAbility to differentiate colors pertaining to wire color-coding \nSpecial Requirements:\nWear steel toe safety shoes, safety glasses, gloves, hard hats, and other Personal Protective Equipment as needed.\nCope with demands (stressors) that are associated with the job and/or the work environment. \nPreferred Qualifications\nProficient with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel). \nExperience working with HPSI steam boilers and associated equipment. \nTraining or experience in Johnson Controls Metasys building automation systems (BAS). \nExperience working in a CMMS environment. (SAP, Maximo, EAMS, etc.) \nExperience leading or supervising a multi-skilled technical workforce. \nExperience working with complex electrical and mechanical building equipment. \nCompensation Details:\n30-33The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
