They will liaise with stakeholders of all levels, building good working relationships and providing a point of contact for all enquiries.\nThe role is under Collaborative and Autonomous Systems Project Office (CASPO) in conjunction with Air Force and civilian stakeholders. CASPO are looking after the introduction into service of projects like Ghost Bat (MQ28) and other autonomous platforms.\nThe successful candidate can will based out of RAAF Base Amberley, near Ipswich, Brisbane. The successful candidate will be supporting the already existing members within the Commercial team at CASPO.\nEssential Requirements:\nSupporting commercial elements of the capability lifecycle, including procurement planning, tendering and contract formation, contract management and closure of contracts ensuring compliance with legislation, procurement policies,processes and procedures across all contract development and management activities\nProviding advice, direction, assistance and services for procurement policy,technical, commercial, legal, financial investigation and other requirements to support contract development/management outcomes\nApplying experience to Product/Project teams to ensure delivery of quality procurement related documentation including templates, schedule,correspondence, reports, submissions,plans and strategies\nCollaborating with other CASG entities such as Materiel Procurement Branch (MPB),Financial Investigative Services (FIS) /Commercial and Financial Analysis (CFA) /Defence Finance Group and Defence Legal to seek advice, comply with legislative and policy compliance obligations and critical commercial risk and performance\nResponding to complex enquiries and contract development issues, taking the initiative to identify alternative courses of action where necessary\nBuilding and sustaining productive relationships with CASPO Exec, and team members\nProvide commercial input into and draft the procurement schedule for plans, processes and strategies\nProviding support to the already existing Commercial team\nProvide input into and draft key planning documents including Smart Buyer documentation, Endorsements to Proceed, Intellectual Property Needs Analysis, and Liability Risk Assessments;\nProvide advice on Commonwealth and CASPO specific conflict of interest and Probity policies, including the development of Probity Plans and engagement of a Probity Adviser for procurement's\nDesirable Requirements:\nResilience in a highly demanding, fast paced, complex and constantly evolving work environment.\n Strong Defence writing skills. \nCompliant and responsive to Acquisition and Sustainment, Procurement Reform, ERP and NDS requirements. \nReceipt of activity progress updates from project stakeholders.\nTimely delivery of tasks from ACS Branch.\nStrong Communication Skills\nDemonstrated Stakeholder engagement skills. \nAbility to prioritise and adapt to changing work demand. \nRequired Security Clearance Level: Active NV1 Clearance.\nLocation: Amberley QLD.\nWeekly Hours: Monday to Friday / 40 hours per week, with options for work from home on Friday's -
