We are currently seeking a Project Scheduler to support our Spent Fuel Handling Project.\n\n The Project Scheduler is a key player of the construction management team that is overseeing the Spent Fuel Handling Project. This project is located at the Naval Reactors Facility on the Idaho National Lab property. This role will assist the Construction Manager and Project Controls Manager with the development of project plans, will focus on reviewing the accuracy and validation of subcontract vendor schedules (baseline, monthly, and three-week look-ahead), including progress and schedule logic management. Forecasting, diagnosing, and assisting the Construction Manager in schedule forecast analysis.\nJob Responsibilities:\nReview and maintain subcontractor schedules in P6\nAssist in the integration of subcontractor schedules into a master Integrated Construction Schedule\nReporting and monitoring progress on major construction project milestones\nSupporting the Project Controls Manager in review of multiple subcontractor schedules in tracking the status of work on a weekly basis \nPreparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports and other ad hoc reporting as requested by the Construction Manager and Project Controls Manager\nSupports the Project Controls Manager with day-to-day administration of the project, including the financial control, reporting, and monitoring\nProvides the earned value progress and performance reporting for the project \nProvide variance analysis of schedule slip\nFrequent contact with project management, project team members, field craft, and finance stakeholders \nQualifications:\n5 or more years of work experience \n3+ years of experience on large scale heavy industrial projects\nExperience with Primavera P6 \n5 or more years of experience (demonstrating of proficiency) in administering project schedules \nExperience with the MS Office Suite - specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint \nAbility to plan, organize, document, perform, review, and present multiple subprojects with minimum supervision\nCommunication skills including the ability to interact with all levels of the project team\nDocumentation and the ability to clearly articulate to others\nProof of US Citizenship (to comply with government customer requirements and/or applicable government regulations)\nPreferred Qualifications:\nExperience with ARES PRISM is a plus\nExperience with project accounting and cost estimating is a plus\nExperience with Deltek Acumen software \nFinancial analysis experience \nScheduling and Modeling software experience a plus\nCompensation Details:\n$100,000 - $150,000The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
