This role plays a critical part in ensuring that construction activities meet all contract requirements, codes, and quality standards. The ideal candidate is an experienced construction quality professional who thrives in field environments, communicates effectively, and works independently while maintaining strong team partnerships.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct oversight of inspections of construction activities to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.\nEvaluate subcontractor workmanship, methods, and material quality.\nReview plans, specifications, shop drawings, procedures, reports, and project correspondence.\nProvide oversight of quality-impacting activities and maintain accurate daily quality reports.\nIdentify deviations, communicate nonconformances, and recommend corrective actions to subcontractors.\nCollaborate with on-site engineers and quality representatives to resolve issues.\nReview materials testing, grades, dimensions, and elevation reports.\nApprove contractor and subcontractor submittals.\nSupport data collection, documentation, and field/laboratory testing programs.\nQualifications\n8+ years of construction or industrial experience required.\nExtensive knowledge of construction techniques, materials, equipment, and engineering documentation.\nAbility to read and interpret plans, specifications, and drawings.\nDemonstrated ability to ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills with subcontractors and project teams.\nProven ability to maintain organized, accurate records.\nU.S. citizenship is required for this role.
