Responsibilities include negotiating terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS requirements, and supporting proposal development. This role requires strong knowledge of federal regulations, cost analysis, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure timely and compliant contract execution.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare, review, and negotiate contracts, teaming agreements, NDAs, and other contractual documents.\nEnsure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and 2 CFR 200 requirements for federal contracts.\nConduct contract price analysis \nSupport negotiations with partners and vendors on terms, conditions, and pricing.\nSupport proposal efforts, including risk assessment and contractor document collection.\nMaintain accurate records in contract management systems and ensure audit readiness.\nCollaborate with program managers and finance teams to align contract strategies with project objectives.\nRequired Skills:\nStrong communication (written and oral)\nProblem-solving and research skills\nDetail-oriented, organized, and adaptable\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience\nMinimum 3+ years of contracting, subcontracting and/or procurement experience.\nDemonstrated expertise in FAR/DFARS compliance requirements.\nProven track record managing complex procurement actions and negotiations.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance, which includes U.S. citizenship\nValid U.S. Driver’s License.\nSalary and Other Compensation\nThe annual starting salary for this position is between $85,000 - $90,000 annually.
