# Contract Specialist

Amentum is seeking a Contracts Specialist to support the Space Force Range Contract (SFRC). Position Summary The Contracts Specialist will support the full lifecycle of contract administration for complex government and commercial programs. Responsibilities include negotiating terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with FAR/DFARS requirements, and supporting proposal development. This role requires strong knowledge of federal regulations, cost analysis, and risk mitigation strategies to ensure timely and compliant contract execution. Key Responsibilities Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, teaming agreements, NDAs, and other contractual documents. Ensure compliance with FAR, DFARS, and 2 CFR 200 requirements for federal contracts. Conduct contract price analysis Support negotiations with partners and vendors on terms, conditions, and pricing. Support proposal efforts, including risk assessment and contractor document collection. Maintain accurate records in contract management systems and ensure audit readiness. Collaborate with program managers and finance teams to align contract strategies with project objectives. Required Skills: Strong communication (written and oral)
