The Custodial Supervisor has primary responsibility for the day-to-day operations and management of the housing and custodial infrastructure including operations and maintenance of buildings, equipment, and utilities. Ensures all site operations are in compliance with the goals of the customer and according to company policies and procedures.\nJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:\nEstablishes work requirements, coordinates, prioritizes and successfully completes short and long term projects.\nHas oversight over Faculties Cleaning, Temporary, and Permanent Housing procedures and processes for base.\nManages objectives, strategy and performance through development of annual plans, budgets and short and long range plans as well as monitoring performance relative to established plans and budgets.\nEnsures that all purchasing and inventory control for the facility is cost effective.\nEnsures building integrity and maintenance of electrical, water, air systems and maintenance of facility grounds.\nOversees facility operation including general maintenance of HVAC and electrical systems and installation of customer and company mechanical/electrical solutions.\nProvides work and service requests where required.\nOversees and implements all safety policies and procedures. Ensure that all safety requirements are observed.\nPrepares and presents reports to senior management regarding the status of facilities activities, construction and/or renovation projects as required.\nResponsible for the employment, training and performance evaluation of Facilities employees.\nCoordinates Housing assignments with USAG-KA Representatives.\nPerform other job-related duties as assigned that are consistent with the nature and level of the position.\nREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nMinimum of two (2) years of experience in custodial service management.\nHigh school degree or equivalent\nAdvanced knowledge of building operations and management.\nProficient in Microsoft Office applications.\nMust be in possession of a valid passport and able to travel internationally.\nPassport should be valid for at least one (1) year at the time of hire.\nAbility to obtain country-specific visas per the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide.\nAbility to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain requirements for duration of deployment.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization.\nMust be able to speak, read, and comprehend English.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.\nExcellent communication, negotiation and people skills.\nPreferred at least five (5) years of related management experience.\nPrevious work experience in an austere OCONUS environment with a multi-national workforce.\nExcellent organizational, time management and customer service skills.\nValid country driver's license.\nOther Responsibilities:\nSafety: Amentum enforces a safety culture whereby all employees have the responsibility for continuously developing and maintaining a safe work environment. Employees may work in office, industrial, warehouse, port, airfield, and outdoor environments and may be exposed to high temperatures, humidity, inclement weather, noise, dust, and uneven terrain. Work schedules may include evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on operational requirements.\nPhysical Requirements\nRequirements may include prolonged sitting, standing, walking, climbing stairs, lifting up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally, and working in both indoor and outdoor environments.
