This position is responsible for the coordination and execution of Offensive and Defensive Cyberspace Operations for two Cyber Squadrons in support of the U.S. Fleet Cyber Command Pacific (FCC PAC) and Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber Navy Forward (JFHQ-C FWD).\nYou would be an excellent candidate for this position if you:\nAre a self-starter professional who takes initiative to work independently, after initial instructions are provided.\nCan troubleshoot and seek operational solutions by coordinating with various team members and stakeholders through multiple communication channels.\nHave strong communication skills in gathering information and presenting results.\nApply critical and analytical thinking to analyze large amounts of data and make connections.\nPossess Information Technology skills in navigating data analytics, databases, Microsoft products, data visualization tools and other IT platforms.\nUtilized various supporting IT platforms to enable operational activities, such as SharePoint and other NIPR/SIPR platforms. \nSynchronized planning, administration, staffing and knowledge management activities among higher headquarters staff to enable operational management activities.\nEnjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nSpecified duties and responsibilities, include but are not limited to:\nCoordinate with higher headquarters for operational requirements\nCoordinate with adjacent units to deconflict operations and operational support\nGenerate written orders to subordinate organizations\nTrack the execution of subordinate units’ operations\nProcess subordinate organization’s operational reporting to create products for leadership and higher headquarters\nDevelop and document operational processes\nConduct the full military planning process for operational planning\nDevelop and manage operational battle rhythm\nBe able to lead battle rhythm events\nMinimum Requirements:\nActive TS/SCI and CI POLY. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain a Top-Secret Clearance.\nCyberspace Operations Planners Course\nInformation Operation Planners Course\n10+ Years of experience with Department of Defense or government supporting operations from the tactical to high operational level or geographic combatant command level\nBachelor’s degree\nExperience with summaries to flag and general officers (FO/GO) and Senior Executive Service (SES) level equivalents\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster’s degree (technical degree): Information Systems, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Strategic Studies\nCOMPTIA Certifications\nExperience in technical writing and editing, as well as cyber incident management\nExperience in the U.S. Indo-Pacific theater of operations supporting cyber operations\nCompensation & Benefits\nHIRING SALARY RANGE: The salary range for this position is $165K to $180K.
