Your expertise will play a key role in helping our clients make informed decisions and achieve their goals.\nWork Schedule: M-F, 40 hours/week (Flex time, Comp time, and Extended Work Week (EWW) approved)\nEssential Responsibilities:\nIn this role, you will:\nPreparing regular and ad hoc performance reports to provide valuable insights.\nCreating documents, databases, reports, and presentations as required to support our initiatives.\nProviding support to the Sponsor's business analytics stakeholders whenever needed.\nApply AI and ML techniques to unstructured data sets, unlocking hidden patterns and insights.\nUtilize statistical techniques to create models using enterprise data warehouses and/or data lakes.\nCollaborate with a team of like-minded professionals, sharing knowledge and ideas to achieve exceptional outcomes.\nWork Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands: General Office environment. The work environment is fast-paced and sometimes involves extreme deadline pressures. The nature of the work requires a high degree of teamwork and cooperation with other members of the staff as well as individuals across the Company and Customers.\nPhysical Requirements:\nMost work will be done at a desk or computer.\nAttendance:\nAttendance is critical at all times. Must be able to work a 40-hour workweek, normally Monday through Friday. However, times and days may vary depending on business requirements. Must be a US citizen.\nMinimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):\nTo excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:\nTS/SCI clearance with polygraph.\nA bachelor's degree in a strongly quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Engineering, Information Systems, or Computational Linguistics.\nA strong background in data analysis, with a strong understanding of SQL principles.\nExperience in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar.\nStrong problem-solving skills, coupled with a creative mindset to devise innovative solutions.\nProficiency in developing data products including dashboards and printable reports using data visualization tools such as Tableau or similar.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.\nMust be able to interface with individuals at all levels of the organization both verbally and in writing.\nMust be well-organized with the ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. \nMust work well under pressure to meet deadline requirements.\nClearance Required:\nTS/SCI with poly\nMinimum Education:\nBachelor’s degree\nMinimum Years of Experience:\n5\nPreferred Qualifications:\nMaster’s or PhD in Data Science, Statistics or Mathematics \nAs part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, Amentum is a drug-free workplace and requires all personnel to comply with company drug and alcohol policies as a condition of employment.
