This position operates keyboard-controlled data entry devices such as a computer, key-operated magnetic tape, or disc encoder to transcribe data into a format suitable for computer processing. Job task requires skill in operating an alphanumeric keyboard, and an understanding of transcribing procedures and relevant data entry equipment.\nDuties specific to supporting the task may include:\nAccurately and efficiently perform data entry of forms and reports specific by assignment area and other forms as directed by supervisor \nPrepping, labeling and filing records in preparation for document imaging\nIdentifying and submitting potential problems or issues to appropriate level of management\nPossessing a strong ability to navigate through various computer functions including accessing and utilizing web browsers\nRequired Qualifications:\nAbility to work with minimal supervision and follow policies and procedures\nExperience in performing work requiring attention to detail and accuracy\nGood Sense of time management and the ability to work under time constraints\nUnderstanding of the importance of consistently delivering high-quality work\nWork as a team player\nStrong sense of Customer Service\nBasic computer skills, including accurate use of keyboard, familiarity with web browsers and basic Microsoft Office applications\nAbility to type at minimum 40wpm\nAbility to frequently lift up to 40 pounds\nAbility to perform frequent repetitive motions using fingers, hands, wrists and arms\nAbility to apply experience and judgment in selecting procedures to be followed and in searching for, interpreting, selecting items to be entered from a variety of documented sources\nMust be able to obtain and maintain MRPT facility credentials/authorization.
