We are currently looking for skilled Electrical Engineer with EPOS and ESD experience.\nIn this role, you’ll take on engineering assignments spanning the research, development, design, and manufacture of test fixtures and systems for characterization of ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) and EPOS (Electrical Pulsed OverStress) performance of microelectronic components.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities:\nPerform design development and coordinate manufacturing of test fixtures.\nDevelop and configure software for data collection and analysis.\nWrite test proposals and test plans for performing ESD/EOS testing of microelectronics.\nWrite operating and test procedures for the ESD/EOS test equipment.\nPrepare and deliver technical presentations for in-process design and review meetings.\nWrite sections of test reports including test setups, data collected, and data analysis.\nResearch test methodologies and test equipment for ESD/EOS testing that conform to military standards.\nVerify and adhere to engineering documentation standards and test procedures.\nRequired qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related scientific field, plus at least 3 years of related experience (or equivalent).\nFamiliarity with testing of microelectronic components such as resistors, capacitors, transistors, and integrated circuits.\nComfortable configuring and adapting custom software on ESD/EPOS test equipment for specific test setups.\nWorking knowledge of computer systems and software applications.\nStrong communication and analytical skills.\nWillingness to travel as required.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Government security clearance. U.S. citizenship is required to obtain a Secret clearance.\nPreferred qualifications\nESD or EOS testing experience.\nExperience developing or scripting data-acquisition / analysis software using Python or LabVIEW.\nExperience or knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes.\nActive Secret clearance.\nCompensation Details:\n$95,000-$140,000 annuallyThe compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
