S. Navy Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nDeveloping detailed Electromagnetic Interference (EMI)/EMC test plans\nParticipating in EMI/EMC test planning meetings and test readiness reviews\nPerforming EMI/EMC testing by gathering, reducing, and analyzing data results\nPrepare and publish detailed EMI/EMC test reports\nReview technical documentation and technical meeting support\n Minimum Requirements:Six (6) years of experience, which includes design, implementation, and check out of components, peripheral equipment, or networking hardware; with experience in theoretical and practical aspects of test, evaluation, and integration related to configuration management of C5ISR systems. \nFour (4) years of demonstrated experience in one or more of the following specific topside areas: Integrated Topside Design; EMP; E3; EMI; EMC; E3 Computation and Modeling; EMP Testing and PCI shipboard testing; EMP Modeling and Simulation; Shipboard Electromagnetic Compatibility; EMI problem investigation, characterization, and quantification; E3 instructions, standards, policies and procedures; EMC document review; EMC SHIPMAIN technical assessments; EMC acquisition engineering and EMI analysis; EMI planned maintenance systems; EMC certification; USN Optimized Fleet Response Plan (O-FRP); EMI engineering; technical program support; CASREP EMI investigations; and EMI characterization and quantification; RF engineering, logistics documentation and scheduling support; EMI planned maintenance systems; or RAM EMI mitigation for removal, installation and fabrication.\nDemonstrated experience with test planning and instrumentation requirements analysis, configuration, and operation including computer-based data acquisition systems. \nExperience with systems analysis, technical documentation, maintenance, repair, operation, and support.\nMust have a SECRET clearance. An interim clearance is acceptable.\nPreferred Qualifications:U.S. Navy surface ship radar, communication and electronic warfare operations, understanding, and experience.\n\nWork Environment:Assignments may support Navy surface ships of various ship-classes and at shore installations in the United States and overseas.\n\nCompensation Details:\n$90,000 to $110.000The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
