Responsibilities and duties listed below are not mutually exclusive.\nDesired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nProvides instructional support to the National Counterintelligence and Security Center’s Enterprise Threat Mitigation Directorate (NCSC-ETD).\nInstructs OPSEC and related curriculum, including OPSE-1500 (Public Release Decisions), OPSE-2380 (OPSEC Analysis), OPSE-2390 (OPSEC Program Management), OPSE-3500 (OPSEC and the Internet), and the National Insider Threat Task Force Hub Operations Course.\nAssists with the development and execution of problem-based learning and tabletop exercises related to Operations Security.\nObtains information needed to prepare and update in-house training programs and curriculum.\nFacilitates instructional programs for personnel at all organizational levels.\n Collaborates with Instructional Systems Designers (ISDs) to revise lesson plans and keep technical content current with evolving training requirements.\nMaintains awareness of trends in information-technology training, methods, materials, and instructional techniques.\nRequired Skills and Abilities:\nTS/SCI security clearance is required.\nDemonstrated experience delivering classroom and/or virtual instruction across multiple OPSEC disciplines and threat-mitigation areas.\nExperience coordinating across government stakeholders, including IC components, training offices, and mission partners.\nAbility to prepare, revise, and maintain training documentation, curriculum, and lesson plans.\nStrong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to produce accurate, professional, and error-free training content.\nProficiency with standard instructional tools, documentation systems, and collaboration platforms.\nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environments with strict deadlines.\nCompensation Details:\n92K-$170KThe compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
