Work with direct reports on performance goals and development plans.\nEnsure resolution with conflicts in the workplace and take timely disciplinary action.\nProvide mentoring to team members.\nSupport other facilities programs and initiatives as required.\nMinimum Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Facility Management, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field, or demonstrated equivalent combination of education and experience. Eight years of experience in industrial Facilities Maintenance related work will be considered demonstrated equivalent in experience with no education.\nIn addition to education, 5+ years of facility operations / maintenance experience including supervisory experience in a technical field.\nExperience utilizing CMMS and Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.\nStaff management experience, including disciplinary action, hiring, terminating, and performance appraisals.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nCertification or formal training from facilities maintenance organizations such as IFMA, AFE, or BOMA.\nExperience working in a GMP or similar regulated environment.\nExperience utilizing CMMS - Maximo Application Suite.\nAbility to write processes and procedures related to facility maintenance work.\nPractical experience with continuous improvement techniques.\nPreventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance planning and scheduling experience.\nAmentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
