The Operation and Maintenance operator is Savannah River Nuclear Solutions (SRNS), as a Subcontractor to SRNS, Amentum Technology Inc. (ATI) provides telecommunications system operation and maintenance services as well as site operator services at SRS. This position supports operation and maintenance program managing the voice and data services at the Savannah River site.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nAmentum is seeking a skilled Admin - Financial Analyst to join our team with O&M (Operation and Maintenance) Telecommunication contract with SRNS (Savannah River Nuclear Solutions) in Aiken, SC. Interface with the SRNS & ATI (Amentum Technological Inc.) financial personal, providing reports and information, and successfully supporting the SRNS O&M Telecommunications contract. Responsibilities include:\nMonthly O&M invoice:\nCollect all material to be billed.\nVerify material, quantities, and billing codes are accurate\nEnsure the pricing is correct for the material\nPurchasing:\nPricing will be requested and emailed to our procurement department.\nSubmit to program manager for approval.\nMake updates to the purchase requisition and ensure that purchase order is received\nDevelop new, adjust, re-price, and reinstate CLINs as requested by customer and Amentum management\nAssist with the creation of monthly and annual reports to SRNS and Program Manager\nPrepare cover letters and create pricing tables.\nAcquire and maintain all supporting documentation related to the development of CLINs for EMS’s/Work Orders before submitting to SRNS\nVerify EMS pricing, generated Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) letter to the customer, maintain Master EMS tracking database, process approved ROM letters to the Proposal stage for approval from ATI & SRNS customer, when EMS is completed invoice to SRNS.\nSeek quotes for the renewal of maintenance contracts.\nProcess purchase requisitions and orders including obtaining/verifying vendor quotes and pay invoices\nInteract with vendors and supplies\nDeliver copy of invoice with all backup documentation to SRNS; upon approval prepare cover letter, official invoice and submit for payment\nMinimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):\nDue to the nature of the work, the candidate must be a U.S. citizen. \nDegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in government contracting for multiple type contracts (FFP, CPFF, T&M). \nTeam player with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. \nMulti-tasker with strong communication and interpersonal skills. \nAble to recognize and research issues and make recommendations/decisions based on that research. \nExperience using Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint. \nIntermediate knowledge of Excel and Excel functions.\nExperience in Deltek Costpoint. \nMinimum Education:\nAssociate’s degree in finance\nMinimum Years of Experience:\n3 - 5 years of prior assistant roles in finance.\nAs part of our commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, Amentum is a drug-free workplace and requires all personnel to comply with company drug and alcohol policies as a condition of employment.
