Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Quality Management System (QMS).\nEssential Responsibilities:\nCoordinate, advise, and travel within the AOR when required in the performance of this function. \nProvide oversight for contract storage sites in the USAFE AOR.\nDevelop effective and efficient logistics policies and procedures and ensure compliance with DOD and USAF directives.\nAttend internal and external team meetings to share pertinent information with applicable parties.\nParticipate in safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments.\nEnsure required contractual submittals are provided to the government. \nContinuously review safety plans, policies, and program to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.\nCalculates staffing needs and coordinates with HR for timely hiring of new employees.\nCommunicate new directives, changes in procedures, special taskings, etc. with site department personnel.\nPerforms other qualified duties as assigned.\nMinimum Position Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:\nMinimum 6 years' military security forces experience.\n(SF) S4 Logistics maintenance experience required.\nWorking knowledge of deployable/mobile (SF) weapon systems, requirements and associated technology and equipment.\nExperience in contingency environments as well as knowledge & experience working with government contracts preferred.\nWorking knowledge of Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV) and Up-Armored High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles (HMMWV) preferred.\nUse computers & related software such as Microsoft Office and other common products used in office environments. \nAble and willing to work extended hours and non-standard work days to meet mission requirements. \nMust be eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance, required.\nMust be able to obtain authorization to work in host country.\nRequired Baseline Education:\nA bachelor's degree plus 3 years of recent specialized experience, OR; An associate's degree plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR; A major certification plus 7 years of recent specialized experience, OR; 11 years of recent specialized experience.\nContract Requirements in accordance with Appendix J:\nMust be eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance\nTrained to operate, inspect and maintain RQ-11B Raven and Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems, Unmanned Aerial Systems Manager (SUASMAN) web application and database, and SUAS associated equipment \nTrained to operate, inspect, and maintain adaptive networking, wideband communications equipment, SF individual professional gear/equipment, Common Remote Weapon Stations (CROWS), counter improvised explosive device electronic warfare systems, and security sensor systems.\n6 years' military security forces experience \nWorking knowledge of Up-Armored High Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicles (HMMWV) and Joint Light Tactical Vehicle (JLTV). \nWorking knowledge of Security Forces (SF) weapon systems, requirements and associated technology and equipment\nWork Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:\nLight to moderate lifting as required carried out in an office environment.\nAbility to travel domestically and internationally.\nWorks in normal office and maintenance shop or warehouse environment and may be required to work outdoors for extended periods.\nWill be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures and as required for task being performed.\nPhysically capable of performing all required duties; capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs.\nAbility to travel domestically and internationally.\nOther Responsibilities:\nSafety - Amentum enforces a safety culture whereby all employees have the responsibility for continuously developing and maintaining a safe work environment.
