additional technical certifications or vocational training in electrical or mechanical systems is highly desirable.\nBasic understanding of electrical distribution systems, facility maintenance, and equipment operations.\nExperience with inventory management, including the identification and procurement of critical spare parts needed for maintenance operations.\nEffective communication and organizational skills to coordinate tasks and minimize service downtime or outages.\nProficiency in record-keeping and familiarity with maintenance logs, work order systems, or computerized maintenance management software (CMMS).\nKnowledge of safety procedures and regulations regarding maintenance work on electrical power systems and other utility services.\nCapability to work independently in a high-paced operational environment.\nMust be in possession of a valid passport and be able to travel internationally.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain facility credentials/authorization. \nEmployees must read, speak, and comprehend English to the extent that they can perform the contract requirements and comply with installation emergency procedures.\nPassport must be valid for a minimum of one (1) year or more at the time of hiring.\nAbility to obtain country-specific visas per the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide.\nAbility to successfully pass contract medical requirements and maintain compliance throughout the duration of deployment.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrior experience in an austere OCONUS (Outside the Continental United States) environment with a multi-national workforce is preferred.\nValid country driver’s license and passport.\nCountry visa (as required in line with the U.S. Department of State Foreign Clearance Guide).\nRelevant technical certifications in electrical or facility maintenance, such as electrical or plumbing certification.\nExperience providing maintenance services in military or government facilities.\nFamiliarity with NAVFAC or DoD standards for maintenance and repair of critical systems.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical system issues independently.\nOTHER RESPONSIBILITIES\nSafety: Amentum enforces a safety culture whereby all employees have the responsibility for continuously developing and maintaining a safe work environment.
