The Housekeeper will be responsible for performing house cleaning requirements throughout the facility.\nJob Requirements\nChange linens and make beds as required.\nDust and clean all furniture, picture frames, mirrors, windows, baseboards, carpet edges, inside and outside door panels, door ledges, and thresholds on a weekly basis. \nPull trash from trash receptacles. \nClear trash from tables and floors. \nClean and vacuum under beds, desk, and behind nightstands multiple times per week or as needed. \nClean and ensure bathtubs/showers, tub ledges, sinks, vanity shelves, toilets, tissue box covers, and soap dishes are clean. \nSweep and mop all tile floors. \nDust all lights, sconces, and lampshades. \nPerform laundry duties as assigned. \nNotify Supervisor of any quality control issues.\nNotify Supervisor of needed repairs which might require the assistance of the Public Works department. \nFor Billeting Rooms Only: Upon guest departure, clean the inside and outside of each refrigerator and microwave. \nEnsure the time on the alarm clock and microwave is accurate. \nEnsure thermostat in each billet is set 70 degrees.\nAssist the Conferencing and Concierge staff with Housekeeping requests as required.\nOther tasks as assigned.\nMinimum Requirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nUS or Naturalized Citizen\nMust have valid Driver's license\nPhysically able to stand, bend, lift for the duration of shift.\nPhysically able to lift up to 15lbs frequently and up to 30lbs occasionally.\nWalking, kneeling, bending, and repetitive motion for cleaning surfaces and using cleaning agents.\nMust have a U.S. government issued clearance at time of application\nCompensation Details:\n21.72The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
