As an HRBP, you will act as a partner and consultant to the business.\nEssential Responsibilities:\nActs as an initial employee/manager point of contact for, and performs routine tasks related to the administration, execution, and tracking of human resource activities including but not limited to staffing, compensation, leave, recognition and morale, training and development, disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations, performance and talent management, and manager coaching.\n\nFacilitates communication between union representatives and management: Serve as a liaison to ensure both parties understand and adhere to the terms of the union contract. This includes mediating discussions, addressing concerns, and fostering constructive dialogue to maintain a positive working relationship.\n\nMonitors compliance with labor agreement terms: Collaborate with management and union officials to ensure workplace policies, practices, and actions align with the negotiated contract. Address any potential violations proactively and recommend corrective actions if necessary.\n\nPartners with recruiting to facilitate onboarding actions.\n\nPartners with on-site Security and corporate Employee Relations team on employee relations issues, investigations, and other shared responsibilities.\n\nMonitors and tracks HR metrics for assigned contract.\n\nActs as a liaison between employees, leaders, and corporate departments including benefits and payroll.\n\nProvides proactive guidance to managers/employees on performance management (coaching, career development, counseling, and/or disciplinary actions), communications and training, employee relations issues, interpretation of employment laws and company PPI.\n\nSupports compliance efforts, including the communication, dissemination, and implementation of company policies, as well as federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.\n\nSupports program HR and HRIS activities to include validating HRIS data accuracy, org chart alignment, option year Service Contract Act pay rate, wage, health & welfare changes, service bridge processing, vacation/leave info, and other key information. Identifies errors and makes corrections and/or liaises with appropriate leader.\n\nResponds to employment-related questions from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff. Conducts appropriate follow-up and helps close out inquiries.\n\nSupports program and company initiatives. Tracks and prepares reports for analysis and distribution on such activities. Helps identify best practices and makes recommendations to improve the employee/manager experience, including new hire assimilation, training, and performance management.\n\nDrives change awareness by ongoing development of knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources.\n\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\n\nMinimum Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n\n2 years of relevant experience.\n\nMust work on site 5 days per week, 8 hours per day.\n\nProficiency with MS Office.\n\nMust be a US citizen and possess an active TS/SCI security clearance.\n\nKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities:\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nDemonstrated ability to think analytically.\n\nExceptional organizational skills and ability to perform detail-oriented work while meeting deadlines.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nPrevious SCA/Union experience.\n\nExperience with government contracting.\n\nWorking knowledge of WorkDay as the HRIS.\n\nCompensation Details:\n$90,000-$110,000 USDThe compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
