more information.\nRole Title - Cyber Security Engineer (A-OTHR Export Program)\nRole Description:\nShape the Future of ICT and Cyber Security for a Strategic Defence Capability\nAn opportunity exists for an experienced Information and Communications Technology (ICT) and Cyber Security Engineer to support the delivery of the Australian Over-the-Horizon Radar (A-OTHR) Export Program.\nReporting to the Program Engineering Manager, you will contribute to the design, governance, assurance and integration of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) systems and Cyber Security capabilities across a strategically important Defence program.\nThe role will work closely with Defence stakeholders, industry partners, specialist engineering teams and representatives from the Canadian Department of National Defence (DND) to ensure Information and Communications Technology (ICT) systems are designed, secured, integrated and transitioned into service in accordance with Defence requirements.\nDay to Day Tasks include:\nProvide governance, design assurance and technical oversight of Information and Communications Technology (ICT) systems and Cyber Security activities across the Australian Over-the-Horizon Radar (A-OTHR) Export Program.\nReview ICT designs and provide engineering input to ensure solutions meet Defence security, technical and operational requirements.\nSupport Cyber Security risk management activities, including the identification and mitigation of threats, vulnerabilities and security risks.\nDevelop and maintain security documentation, including Security Risk Management Plans (SRMPs), Certification and Accreditation (C&A) artefacts and assurance evidence.\nSupport Verification and Validation (V&V) activities to ensure ICT systems meet contractual, functional and performance requirements.\nCollaborate with Integrated Project Teams (IPTs), Defence stakeholders, industry partners and subject matter experts (SMEs) to support the delivery of integrated technical solutions.\nLiaise with the Canadian Department of National Defence (DND) to support ICT and Cyber Security requirements associated with the export program.\nSupport technical reviews, engineering change activities and technical risk assessments.\nProvide engineering support for the transition of ICT capabilities into sustainment and ongoing support environments.\nContribute specialist expertise across ICT, Cyber Security, Systems Engineering and technical assurance activities.\nEssential Requirements:\nDegree qualification in Engineering, Information Technology (IT), Cyber Security or a related discipline.\nEligibility to access International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) controlled information.\nMinimum five years' experience in Information and Communications Technology (ICT), Systems Engineering or Cyber Security role.\nDemonstrated experience supporting Information and Communications Technology (ICT) systems and Cyber Security activities in a complex technical environment.\nExperience developing or contributing to Security Risk Management Plans (SRMPs), Certification and Accreditation (C&A) documentation, or related assurance activities.\nStrong understanding of Cyber Security principles, risk management and security governance processes.\nExperience supporting systems integration, Verification and Validation (V&V), design reviews or engineering assurance activities.\nStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced Defence or Government environment.\nActive Negative Vetting Level 2 (NV2) Security Clearance.\nDesirable Requirements:\nEngineering Management experience.\nProject Management experience.\nDefence experience across radar, communications, facilities, electrical, Information and Communications Technology (ICT) or networked systems.\nExperience supporting Certification and Accreditation (C&A) activities for Defence
