Ensures compliance with standard management practices including but not limited to monitoring, records keeping, report preparation, training, inspections, data reporting, etc. Will perform other duties as assigned\nThe IT Support Technician will be available for on-call support as needed 24 hours/day, 7 days/week in this role.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nTwo years experience in a Microsoft® operating environment with field experience in personal computer (PC) hardware installation, configuration and maintenance certifications: IAT-1: Security + or GSEC or SCNP or SSCP (IT Support Technician must meet requirements outlined in the DOD 8570.1M directive matrix IAT-1)\nCSWF Basic per DoD 8140.03 directive matrix\nMust be certified Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP), Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP), and Cisco Certified Internet Expert (CCIE).\nMust be certified as Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA), Microsoft Certified Desktop Technician (MCDST), and Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).\nMust have experience in Windows / Office support\nExperience in an austere OCONUS environment with a multi-national workforce\nMust be familiar with current global, US, Program and PWS requirements\nExcellent organizational and time management skills\nAbility to obtain and maintain a US passport and driver's license throughout employment in this role\nAbility to successfully pass PACOM medical requirements and maintain requirements for duration of deployment\nComptia Network+ or EC Councile Cisco CCNA Certfication\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance.
