Under the guidance of the Operations Manager, this role ensures all interior spaces and common areas remain clean, organized, and properly maintained. The position also oversees and evaluates daily work schedules and tasks assigned to Facility Maintenance Custodians.\nDuties include operating cleaning equipment such as automatic floor machines, commercial vacuums, wet mops, and large wringers, as well as using the appropriate tools, chemicals, and supplies. Responsibilities involve cleaning rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, stairways, and other work areas to meet health standards; maintaining restroom supplies; sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, waxing, and polishing floors; and dusting and polishing furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Additional tasks include special cleaning of induction units, walls, lighting fixtures, and windows (both interior and exterior), moving furniture, and setting up meeting spaces. The role also handles linen removal and exchange, trash removal, emergency spill cleanup, and equipment upkeep, including requesting repairs when necessary.\nMinimum Knowledge\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent preferred.\nPrevious custodial experience preferred.\nAdditional experience/education may be required by contract or assignment.\nKnowledge of cleaning supplies, techniques, and the safe handling of cleaning supplier.\nSkilled in cleaning rooms, bathrooms, furniture, equipment, sweep, mop, dust and arrange room to set standard.\nAbility to perform semi-skilled tasks in the maintenance of building and related facilities.\nAdditional knowledge/skills may be required by assignment.\nSee less\nWork Environment\nAbility to perform some heavy lifting.\nLiving and working conditions at assignment location could be remote and uncomfortable.\nCompensation Details:\n32.50The compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
