They are to provide the highest level of service in support of the company's mission, core values, standards, and goals.\nJob Requirements:\nGreet and interact with guests in a genuinely warm and friendly manner\nPrepares all food items as directed.\nMaintain a clean and organized pantry and coolers\nClean countertops and walls, mop floors\nSegregate and remove trash and garbage and place it in designated containers\nRegularly empty garbage containers\nRinse out and wash garbage cans\nSort bottles, plastics, and other recyclable items\nStack clean dishes and transfer equipment to the proper storage area\nFollow recipes and properly and efficiently prepare and present all food items to be served, including accommodating special guests' requests.\nTo communicate the need for goods to be ordered to kitchen leadership.\nTo follow all specifications and to properly set up hot and cold line stations.\nTo communicate all guest requests to an appropriate leader in a timely and professional manner.\nTo be able to read, understand and produce promptly.\nTo maintain a thorough knowledge of menu items.\nMaintain a neat and organized work area to include adhering to sanitation standards according to state law and health codes.\nMaintain neat, clean, and professional appearance according to standards\nComply with all company safety and security policies and procedures. Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions\nTo comply with company and departmental safety rules and regulations, including the property handling of all relevant equipment and machinery.\nTo attend all training and meetings as directed.\nTo perform other tasks, including cross-training as directed.\nAll other duties as assigned, planned or un-planned\nMinimum Requirements:\nHigh School Diploma or GED\nValid Drivers License\nUS or Naturalized Citizen\nCulinary degree or related training equivalent in the Hospitality/RestaurantIndustry\n3 years of relevant work experience in similar scope and title\nExperience within luxury brand/markets - preferred\nWorks well as a member of a group\nCapable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well\nMust have valid government issued clearance at the time of application\nAmentum is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
