This role supports engineering activities for airborne EW receiver suites and avionics prime mission equipment, ensuring mission readiness, modernization, and lifecycle sustainment.\nThe successful candidate will provide technical leadership in systems engineering, fleet support, and configuration management activities associated with complex EW platforms. This position requires deep RF engineering knowledge, strong analytical skills, and experience supporting operational systems in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.\nJob Duties and Responsibilities:\nPerform systems engineering and technical analysis for EW systems and subsystems, with emphasis on RF receiver suites and avionics mission equipment\nSupport Fleet Support Team (FST) tasking, including Engineering Investigations and technical troubleshooting of fielded systems\nDevelop and review Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and Software Change Proposals (SCPs)\nAnalyze and resolve Software Trouble Reports (STRs) in coordination with cross-functional engineering teams\nEvaluate and implement Support Equipment changes to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability\nLead obsolescence management efforts, including component risk assessments and mitigation strategies\nConduct RF performance analysis, testing, and validation of system modifications\nCollaborate with hardware, software, and systems engineers to integrate upgrades and enhancements\nPrepare technical documentation, reports, and briefings for stakeholders and program leadership\nProvide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers\nRequired Qualifications:\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline\n8+ years of experience in electronics or RF engineering, preferably supporting EW or avionics systems\nStrong background in RF systems, signal processing, and receiver architectures\nExperience with systems engineering processes across the system lifecycle\nDemonstrated experience supporting engineering investigations and change management processes\nFamiliarity with test equipment, RF measurement techniques, and troubleshooting complex electronic systems\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a US Government Secret Clearance.
