Operates Theater Integrated Combat Munitions System (TICMS). Ensures compliance with Performance Work Statement (PWS) and Amentum ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS).\nPrincipal Accountabilities\nAssists the Munitions Superintendent in the management of the Department's safety, training and quality control programs; includes observing and enforcing all applicable safety, security, technical in order to meet consistently contractual directives.\nManages the Sift according to the applicable standards of AFMAN 21-200, DAFMAN 21-201 and Munitions SOP.\nDevelops production schedules and goals to meet the requirements of daily timelines, special taskers, special projects and contingency support. Submits these schedules to Munitions Superintendent for final approval.\nUtilizes TICMS to the maximum extent possible in all production efforts and processes.\nVerifies that personnel complete all accountability documentation that is an integral part of production actions and submitted on a timely manner to the applicable element.\nIdentifies and advises the Munitions Superintendent of limiting factors that impact goals and timelines.\nAdvises Munitions Superintendent about personnel performance and all production actions, to include root causes and solutions to correct negative trends in the Department's performance.\nMonitors the skills and proficiency of assigned personnel as it impacts production efforts.\nConducts sample surveillance audits of different processes in munitions production.\nConducts end-of-shift verification to ensure all required facilities are correctly secured.\nAnalyzes the timely compliance of TCTOs and delayed maintenance for munitions and MMHE with aggressive follow-up action for back-ordered parts.\nTracks training requirements and ensures personnel receive necessary training.\nEnsures that personnel inspect, operate and perform operator maintenance on light vehicles and support equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks and manual hoists.\nEnsures personnel properly utilize CTKs, special tool needs, bench stock requirements, MMHE and support equipment commensurate with production efforts.\nEnsures that personnel accurately calculate and observe the net explosives limits of all storage and operating locations commensurate with production actions.\nVerifies that visual inspections on lightning protection and static ground systems are performed and documented in accordance with applicable governing publications.\nEnsures Munitions Control is informed of fire symbol, hazard marker, Risk Category or classified munitions changes that effect munitions storage and maintenance facilities.\nPerforms entry-controller duties as required.\nWorks necessary hours, to include stand-by duties, to support mission requirements during peacetime and combat contingencies.\nPerform required actions in TICMS utilizing the \"Receiver\" role.\nPerforms other duties as assigned.\nWorks in normal office and maintenance shop or warehouse environment and may be required to work outdoors for extended periods.\nMinimum Requirements\nMust have intermediate knowledge of the USAF Supply, TMO, Munitions and Tech Order systems or US service equivalent.\nMust be proficient in the use of personal computers and Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office to include as a minimum Power Point, Excel and Word programs.\nMay be required to operate material handling equipment.\nMust possess a valid home country driver's license and ability to obtain host nation driver's license.\nHigh School diploma or equivalent required.\nMust have a minimum of seven years' experience with USAF Military Munitions or US service equivalent.\nMust have a minimum of five years combined supervisory experience in USAF munitions activities and MMHE or US service equivalent.\nMust be capable attending the USAF Munitions Inspector Course.\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a Secret US Government Clearance. Note: US Citizenship is required to obtain Secret Clearance.\nWill be required to wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) according to prescribed procedures and as required for task being performed.\nPhysically capable of performing all required duties; capable of lifting/pushing/pulling minimum of 50 lbs.\nAbility to travel domestically and internationally.\nMust have normal color perception and depth of vison.\nPreferred Qualifications\nPreferred working knowledge of all munitions functional areas.\nPreferred intermediate knowledge of MC2 and other information systems.\nPreferred USAF munitions storage, maintenance, control and inspection procedures experience.\nPreferred TICMS, MC2, TMRS and IMDS/DPAS M&U for Munitions and MMHE experience.\nPreferred a minimum 2 years of experience as USAF Munitions Inspector and award of Special Experience Identifier (SEI) Code 836.\nCompensation Details:\nHourly + Additional IncentivesThe compensation range or hourly rate listed for this position is provided as a good-faith estimate of what the company intends to offer for this role at the time this posting was issued.
